Plastic recycling production line description:
The waste plastic bottle recycling washing machine production line is mainly used to recycle waste PET bottles, mainly including screening machine, conveyor belt, unpacking machine, label removal machine, sorting system, crushing, floating washing tank, hot washing tank, friction washing, dehydration and hot air drying system, label separator, using the above machines and processes can easily remove labels, bottle caps, rings, glue, mud, dirt and other impurities, and finally produce clean PET flakes. Waste hard PET raw materials are crushed, washed, dried, collected, etc., and become clean flakes for further granulation or processing production.
